2. About Our Services

All Types AC Repair & Services provides AC repair, servicing, installation, and maintenance services in Mumbai and Maharashtra. Service availability depends on your location and technician availability. We will confirm whether we can serve your specific location when you contact us.

All services are provided by or under the supervision of Altaf Khan, the owner and lead technician.

3. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry form on this website is a request for a service appointment and does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we contact you directly (by phone or WhatsApp) and agree on an appointment date, time, and service scope.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries promptly during our service hours (Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM).

4. Pricing

Service charges are not listed on this website as they depend on the type of AC, the fault, the service required, spare parts needed, and your location. We will provide a verbal estimate before commencing work. Final charges are agreed before service begins.

We do not charge for refusing a booking enquiry. Charges apply only for services actually rendered.

5. Service Quality and Warranty

We aim to carry out all repairs and servicing to a professional standard. However, we do not provide a written warranty on repairs unless explicitly agreed in writing at the time of the service. The duration and scope of any such commitment will be clearly communicated.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by factors beyond our control, or issues arising from misuse of the AC unit after servicing.

6. Spare Parts

When repairs require spare parts, we will source appropriate parts and inform you of the cost before installation. We do not guarantee the availability of parts for all AC makes and models, particularly older units.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When we visit your premises for service, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the AC unit
  • Ensure the electricity supply is available for testing
  • Inform us of any known hazards or relevant issues with the unit
  • Not request services that are outside our announced scope

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling or messaging us. We ask for reasonable notice wherever possible. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of technician unavailability or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, All Types AC Repair & Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from any service provided, beyond the amount paid for the specific service.

We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to power surges, pre-existing damage, or third-party component failures.
